Spring Mori Girl of the Violets 001

These were shot in 2010, I think...

It's my daughter. I shot these in South Field (South Weymouth allegedly former Naval Air Base) before they put up gates to shut out all the local tax payers.

This isn't actually any kind of new style. I didn't invent this style of composition. It comes, and it goes. I've noticed a few times when I would do this sort of pose/composition, with flowers or grass, people would also like it and do something similar, then it would just die off, then, I'd do it again, and people would copy it again...

But, like I said, I also didn't invent it. There was a whole fad with this in the late 1990s early 2000s in music videos with this composition also.

These are shot on Analogue SLR vintage cameras. One is a vintage 1990s NIKON (those are the darker looking ones), and the other was my vintage 1972 CANON QL FTB shot on regular films, scanned with my CANON scanner.

This one was shot with an Orange sunset filter on CANON SLR.

Little Bohemian Maiden 001

I shot these several years ago when my daughter, Heidi, was in elementary school. I think it was in 2009 or 2010. I already can't remember. (Yes, my daughter is half Chinese. She is also an artist.)

I shot these on my CANON Powershot which is REALLY GOOD for a hand-held camera. It was the first model with a full screen, maybe from 2004 or something.

I have used it like crazy that the battery barely holds a charge anymore.

I believe I shot these in Late June or Early July.
